Firefly Kimcheese Balls

Ingredients

7 oz Kimcheese

7 oz sharp cheddar

1 tablespoon green onions - finely chopped

1/4 cup furikake

Method

Use the paddle attachment on a mixer and blend ingredients together for about three minutes until almost smooth. Shape into a larger or small bite size balls. Sprinkle furikake on a plate and roll each ball until covered. Wrap in parchment paper and chill for one hour or until firm.
