From the start of Firefly Kitchens, we have been on a mission to create the freshest, most vibrant organic ferments around. 

We make our foods the old-fashioned way, as we are perfectly aware that fermented vegetables need time to cultivate their probiotic power and tasty, tangy flavor.  

As a woman-owned company, we give primary importance in extending our care beyond the food that we create, making sure that we nurture our relationships with our, team members, farmers, families and all members of the community.
