Day 11 - Kraut on the Go!
Fermented foods are easy to incorporate into your busy schedule.
We know it feels a bit crazy to talk about this during this latest round of this winter weather (if you’re not in the Pacific Northwest right now…. we’ve been a bit snowed-in!), but eventually we will get back into our hectic routines.
Eating healthy while on the go takes a bit of extra planning, but it can be done! And your daily forkful of sauerkraut is a simple addition to whatever you plan on bringing with you — a breakfast smoothie, a hearty lunch box, or mason jar salad.
We love looking to our online community for tips and tricks. As a flight attendant, Rosie Tran (@kaleintheclouds on Instagram) has proven how easy it is to take our sauerkraut anywhere…even on planes! She provides lots of helpful ideas and how-to’s, all while making our kraut look pretty glamorous. :)
