Day 8 - One Week Down!
We have already made it to week two of our 28 Days of Firefly challenge!

We wanted to take the time today to share what we’ve been hearing from all of you. We’ve been inspired by all the support, and we hope you’ll find some inspiration here too!
At the kitchen, we’ve been swapping tips and recipes to keep each other motivated.
Debra, our Operations Manager, has been enjoying a power breakfast before her workouts with our Yin Yang Carrots, cottage cheese, wild blueberries (thawed) and chopped almonds. She assures us that even though it may sound weird, it tastes great!
Brad, a friend of Firefly, has been eating his forkful each day — even though he’s never been into kraut before! He’s sending silly photos of his progress, and we love that he’s having so much fun!

Bea shared on Facebook: “Can’t have salad without your ferments!!”.
Virginia (@ginheld) has been sharing her forkful on Instagram almost every day. She’s been enjoying her Firefly kraut with eggs for breakfast, and in hearty soups including: homemade chili, spicy black bean, & cream of tomato.
Reed (@pestoandpotatoes) has been a big supporter of our forkful challenge, and he’s our first cookbook winner! His current favorite flavor is our Emerald City kraut in tuna salad!
