Day 22 - Final Week!
We’ve reached the final week of our 28 Days of Firefly challenge.

We have gotten a lot of positive feedback about the suggestions we shared during week three. From adding sauerkraut to your smoothies, leftovers, and tacos, and how to use the last of the brine in your jar, we shared unique tips on how to incorporate sauerkraut into your day. At the kitchen, we’re still enjoying keeping the challenge going.
Our littlest Firefly family member, just 8 months old, has been enjoying both Classic Kraut, and Yin Yang Carrots in her meals! And Malcolm, who might be Salsa Viva’s biggest fan, says his favorite way to get his Firefly forkful has been on his eggs, or in his smoothie for breakfast.
Bonnie (@bonniezeitner) has been sharing her #fireflyforkful on Instagram, and is the third winner of our cookbook, Fresh & Fermented!
She says, “Took a risk and added tuna to my #fireflyforkful challenge today. Can’t say I regret it 😉 … Quinoa Kale Salad: Quinoa, Kale, Cucumber, Ruby Red Kraut, Tuna, Dressing (lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper)”.
