Day 12 - New Research on Gut Microbiome Connections
We are always excited to see new research on the connection between the gut microbiome and the brain. There is so much that we need to learn about the gut-mind connection, and it is exciting to see progress made in discovering how these connections might work and how they impact our overall health. It seems with each new study, it is confirmed that healthy diversity of bacteria is key. This makes the food that we are putting into our bodies so important — not just for our physical health, but also our mental health!
We really do need to be loving ourselves through loving our gut.
